Key Projects and Accomplishments

  • Designed a direct mail piece that mimicked a computer laptop to increase participation in My Chart video diagnosis program. Results included the highest month of enrollments in the history of AHN My Chart — 8,800 enrollments out of a 150,000 mailing, an above-average 6 percent response rate.

  • Created 60+ pieces for the first Highmark-AHN gala, ranging from sponsorship signage in print and digital formats, to programs and billboards thanking guests. Event raised almost $6 million for the health care system.

  • Brought in $150K in research studies for the facility after suggesting and implementing a self-contained marketing kit that could be adapted to specific types of studies.

  • Developed Facebook advertising to attract egg donors – 18 to 25-year-old females – for the Jones Institute, West Penn Hospital’s fertility clinic. Within three weeks of the advertisement’s run, nearly 40 donors were identified from the respondents, exceeding the client’s target.

  • Designed invitations and supporting marketing materials for the annual Speaker Series fundraising event, featuring notables such as Ken Burns and political commentator Doris Kearns Goodwin. The event grossed an average of $200K for the Allegheny General Hospital (AGH) Cardiovascular Institute.
